Our classes are versatile and can be tailored so that anyone can attend. We encourage everyone to practice at their own pace and to feel empowered to ask the teacher for assistance. We encourage a sense of community and an atmosphere free of competition. All of our teachers are industry qualified and dedicated to providing the very best in yoga and pilates.

Our Classes

Hatha YogaYoga

An ideal class to aid in the development of flexibility and strength. Hatha Yoga incorporates the physical and the emotional alongside the spiritual, creating a perfect tool to de-stress and motivate. Hatha Yoga is a great way to calm the body and mind and to feel revitalised.

Power Yoga

The perfect balance of strength and flexibility. A flowing class suited to beginners and intermediate students which builds upper body and core strength. Power Yoga takes a modern approach to an ancient practice, incorporating the latest in sports science with the wisdom and philosophy of traditional Yoga. A great blend of strength and peace, perfect to get out of the business of daily life.

Pilates

An energetic approach to toning and strengthening all the bumps and soft bits. Targeted at the core muscles and legs, Pilates is a perfect way to improve overall health and vitality.

Yoga Fusion

A combination of the flow and breath awareness of yoga with the strong focus on core strengthenig of Pilates. An excellent class to tone the muscles of the belly whilst relaxing the rest of the body.

Restorative Yoga

A static class designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the body. Very inwardly focused, poses are held for three minutes or longer to assist in developing flexibility. This class excellently compliments Power Yoga.

Prenatal Yoga

Empower your pregnancy with breath work and stretching. Soothe aching muscles, maintain flexibility and prepare your body for labour. Suitable for second and third trimester, contact your health care professional prior to commencing.

About our teachers

Danielle – Teaches from the heart. Danielle has over 12 years of Yoga Teaching experience and is passionate about helping students find the joy that yoga can bring. Her classes are gentle and stretching. If you haven’t tried it yet, give Yoga Fusion a go.

Sharon – Sharon is a passionate teacher who has been teaching at the centre for 4 years now. Sharon enjoys the meditation aspects of Hatha yoga as much as she enjoys the poses. A strong and gentle teacher Sharon can assist you to move forward in your yoga practice.

Janine – Strong, powerful and passionate. These are the three elements needed for an excellent Power Yoga Teacher and Janine has them in spades. Come to her class prepared to work hard and to zone out for an hour or more.

Ingrid – Having graduated from her Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training with outstanding results and a passion to help Ingrid teaches prenatal yoga with a delicate care and passion which is hard to find. Her classes are extremely popular and her dedication is unrivalled.

Bianca – Coming to Premier Yoga Centre from a long and committed practice with Yoga in Daily Life Bianca offers a different take on the usual yoga taught around the Shire. Currently filling in for Meredith, Bianca’s classes are proving very popular.

Vicki – Comes to the Centre from a varied background. Vicki offers a lovely blended class suitable for beginners and intermediate students.

Meredith (currently on maternity leave) – Meredith teaches yoga like no other. Her classes are both strong and gentle at the same time. Having studied both traditional Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga; her class is a unique blend, suited to everyone. The strongest of our Hatha classes.

  • Drop in classes $15
  • 10 Class Pass $140
  • All classes must be paid for at the Premier Healing Centre.
  • Class numbers are limited. To avoid disappointment please arrive early to your class.
  • Classroom opens 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Mats are provided though we encourage you to bring your own.
  • Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
  • Arrive with an empty belly.
  • Be prepared to feel happy.
