Yoga

Our classes are versatile and can be tailored so that anyone can attend. We encourage everyone to practice at their own pace and to feel empowered to ask the teacher for assistance. We encourage a sense of community and an atmosphere free of competition. All of our teachers are industry qualified and dedicated to providing the very best in yoga and pilates.

Strong

Class is a deep and energising practice

Restorative

Meditation class including gentle yoga poses to aid with meditation, releasing body tension and calming the mind. Includes spiritual philosophy

General

Include asana, pranayama and relaxation: Suitable for beginners to experienced students

Healing

Yoga for specific issues - improving flexibility and strength, injuries, physical limitations and breathing practices for relaxation and super energy. Suitable for different levels.

Gentle

Womens only class focuses on the feminine approach to yoga and women’s well-being including weight and diet, hormonal fluctuations, menstruation, menopause and prenatal yoga. Suitable for all women. Suitable for different levels.

About our teachers

Yoga

Sharon – Sharon has been involved in Yoga for 17 years. Sharon is a passionate teacher who creates with her students a sacred space for healing and awakening.

Gail - Our longest standing teacher with over 45 years experience. Gail has a wealth of knowledge and inspiration – her classes are fun and challenging - she knows how to make you work, whilst allowing you to walk out feeling at peace with everything.

 Shivani - With over 17 years experience including international teaching and recognition. Shivani's classes are blissful, fun, challenging, soothing, informative and inspiring.

  • Drop in classes $15
  • 10 Class Pass $140
  • All classes must be paid for at the Premier Healing Centre.
  • Class numbers are limited. To avoid disappointment please arrive early to your class.
  • Classroom opens 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Mats are provided though we encourage you to bring your own.
  • Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
  • Arrive with an empty belly.
  • Be prepared to feel happy.
