Our classes are versatile and can be tailored so that anyone can attend. We encourage everyone to practice at their own pace and to feel empowered to ask the teacher for assistance. We encourage a sense of community and an atmosphere free of competition. All of our teachers are industry qualified and dedicated to providing the very best in yoga and pilates.

Our Classes
Hatha Yoga
An ideal class to aid in the development of flexibility and strength. Hatha Yoga incorporates the physical and the emotional alongside the spiritual, creating a perfect tool to de-stress and motivate. Hatha Yoga is a great way to calm the body and mind and to feel revitalised.
Prenatal Yoga
Empower your pregnancy with breath work and stretching. Soothe aching muscles, maintain flexibility and prepare your body for labour. Suitable for second and third trimester, contact your health care professional prior to commencing.
About our teachers
Sharon – Sharon is a passionate teacher who has been teaching at the centre for 4 years now. Sharon enjoys the meditation aspects of Hatha yoga as much as she enjoys the poses. A strong and gentle teacher Sharon can assist you to move forward in your yoga practice.
Vicki – Comes to the Centre from a varied background. Vicki offers a lovely blended class suitable for beginners and intermediate students.
Meredith (currently on maternity leave) – Meredith teaches yoga like no other. Her classes are both strong and gentle at the same time. Having studied both traditional Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga; her class is a unique blend, suited to everyone. The strongest of our Hatha classes.
Zhenya: Zhenya is a passionate teacher who likes to alter her classes each week. Zhenya is the strongest of the Hatha teachers.

- Drop in classes $15
- 10 Class Pass $140
- All classes must be paid for at the Premier Healing Centre.
- Class numbers are limited. To avoid disappointment please arrive early to your class.
- Classroom opens 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- Mats are provided though we encourage you to bring your own.
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
- Arrive with an empty belly.
- Be prepared to feel happy.
